Stephen Jason Bridgett values your satisfaction. This Refund Policy governs the terms under which refunds for payments made for freelance services may be granted. By engaging my services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope

This policy applies solely to fees paid for freelance services booked through the Site https://stephenjbridgett.com or agreed upon via direct communication. It does not cover:

Resume downloads or general Site access (which are free).
Submissions via inquiry, feedback, or update-request forms.
Any third-party products or services.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

All payments for services are final and non-refundable, except in the rare event that funds are transferred to me by mistake. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept that I have begun work or reserved the necessary capacity to deliver the agreed-upon services.

3. Erroneous Payments

If you believe you have paid by accident (e.g., duplicate transaction or wrong amount), you must notify us within 7 days of the transaction date. To request a review:

Include:
- Your full name
- Date and amount of the transaction
- Transaction reference or receipt number
- Explanation of the error

Upon verification, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit toward future services.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating a bank or credit-card chargeback, please contact us at sjb@stephenjbridgett.com so we can resolve any concerns directly.
Chargebacks initiated without prior discussion may result in suspension of services or additional administrative fees.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued engagement of our services after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
