3. STEPHEN WILL THEN REACH OUT TO YOU TO LEARN MORE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS AS WELL AS DISCUSS SITE DESIGNS.

4. UPON SERVICE AGREEMENT, STEPHEN WILL EMAIL YOU YOUR SERVICE CONTRACT TO SIGN AND RETURN, AS WELL AS SEND YOU A CHARGE TO RECEIVE YOUR FIRST PAYMENT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AN INITIAL 50% DOWN PAYMENT OF YOUR WEBSITE COST IS DUE AT THE TIME OF AGREEMENT.

5. UPON RECEIVING BACK YOUR SIGNED SERVICE CONTRACT AND INITIAL PAYMENT, STEPHEN WILL THEN EMAIL YOU AN ASSET REQUEST FORM TO OBTAIN ALL THE ASSETS YOU WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE ON YOUR SITE SUCH AS YOUR LOGO, IMAGES, BIOGRAPHIES, AND MORE.

6. ONCE STEPHEN RECEIVES ALL OF YOUR SITE ASSETS, HE WILL THEN BEGIN YOUR SITE CREATION STAYING IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH YOU REGARDING ANY QUESTIONS THAT ARISE, AS WELL AS PROVIDE DESIGN UPDATES.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE QUICKER STEPHEN RECEIVES YOUR SITE ASSETS, THE QUICKER YOUR WEBSITE WILL BE COMPLETED.

7. UPON YOUR WEBSITE BEING COMPLETED, STEPHEN WILL CONFIRM ALL LAYOUTS WITH YOU AS WELL AS RUN A FINAL BUG SWEEP TO CATCH ANY LAST MINUTE MISTAKES.

8. ONLY WHEN YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THER STATE OF YOUR WEBSITE IS WHEN IT WILL GO LIVE FOR THE PUBLIC TO SEE.

9. UPON THE LAUNCH OF YOUR SITE, STEPHEN WILL PROVIDE ONGOING MAINTENANCE FOR TWO YEARS UPDATING ANY REQUESTS YOU SUBMIT.

AFTER TWO YEARS OF MANAGING YOUR SITE, THERE WILL BE A NEW MONTHLY FEE IMPLEMENTED IN THE VALUE OF 2% OF YOUR INITIAL WEBSITE COST TO CONTINUE THE MAINTENANCE OF YOUR SITE. - IF YOU NO LONGER NEED YOUR SITE AFTER TWO YEARS FROM LAUNCH, IT WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE INTERNET.

PLEASE NOTE THAT LARGER UPDATE REQUESTS SUCH AS LAYOUT REDESIGNS AND CONTENT UPDATES WILL BE CHARGED AT A $50 PER DAY.
