Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using https://stephenjbridgett.com (the “Site”) operated by Stephen Jason Bridgett. Your access to and use of the Site—including viewing content, downloading materials, and submitting inquiries—is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site or use any of its services.

“User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person accessing the Site.
“Services” refers to all features offered on the Site, including (but not limited to):
Viewing work experience, personal projects, and educational background.
Downloading a resume/CV.
Browsing freelance service packages.
Submitting forms for service inquiries, feedback, or update requests.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Site.
3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
4. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Interfere with or disrupt Site functionality or security.
Harvest or collect personal information about other users.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may download or copy content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
6. Resume Download
The downloadable resume/CV is provided for informational purposes only.
You may use it for personal review, but may not distribute, modify, or republish it without prior written consent.
7. Service Packages & Inquiries
We offer a range of freelance service packages, each with its own scope, pricing, and terms. Descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
To inquire about a package, you must submit your Name, Email, and Phone Number through the Service Inquiry Form. By doing so, you consent to being contacted by us regarding your request.
Submission of the form does not constitute a binding contract; final pricing and terms will be agreed upon in a separate engagement.
8. Client Feedback
Past clients may provide feedback via the Feedback Form by submitting their Name, Email, and Feedback.
We reserve the right to publish, edit, or remove any feedback. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Site and our marketing materials.
9. Update Requests
Clients may request ongoing assistance through the Update Request Form by submitting their Name, Email, and description of the update needed.
As with initial services, all requests will be followed by a description of scope and a separate fee agreement.
10. Payment Terms
All fees for services are invoiced separately and paid off site (e.g., bank transfer, check, or other agreed methods).
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Late payments may accrue interest of 25% per month.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
No Warranty. The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stephen Jason Bridgett and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising under or related to them shall be governed by the laws of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stephen Jason Bridgett regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
